When a customer submits a recovery request (including Jump Start, Vehicle Recovery, Towing, A-to-B Transport, Auction Collection, etc.):

  • The customer’s name and phone number may be visible to subscribed drivers only.
  • This information is necessary so drivers can contact the customer directly regarding the requested service.
  • Customer email addresses are not shared with drivers.

Driver Information Shared With Customers

When a driver accepts or responds to a recovery request:

  • The driver’s name and phone number may be shared with the customer for communication regarding the job.

We share only the minimum amount of personal data necessary for the service to operate.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.


5. Data Storage and International Transfers

Your data is primarily stored and processed within the United Kingdom.

If personal data is transferred outside the UK in the future, we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.
